Delete your account
You can delete your Stashii account at any time. When you delete your account, it enters a 30-day grace period — you can sign back in and cancel the deletion during that window. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All uploaded photos and videos
- Your profile, collections, folders, and projects
- Any share links you created (they will stop working)
How to delete in the app
- Open Stashii on your device.
- Go to Settings (tap your avatar or the gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
Your account will immediately enter the 30-day grace period. Sign in at any point during that window to cancel the deletion.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have Stashii installed or are unable to sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion manually within 5 business days:
Please include “Account deletion request” in the subject line and confirm the email address on your Stashii account.
