Connect Stashii to Claude

Stashii works with [Claude](https://claude.ai) — Anthropic's AI assistant — so you can search and organize your library by talking to Claude in plain English.

What you can do

Once connected, you can ask Claude things like:

• *"Find the best 10 photos from yesterday's golf shoot."*
• *"Rate them 5 stars and label them green."*
• *"Add them to a Tournament Highlights collection."*
• *"What did I shoot last week?"*

Claude does the work and shows you the result; the changes appear in the Stashii app instantly.

How to connect

1. Open Claude (Desktop or [claude.ai](https://claude.ai)).
2. Go to Settings → Connectors (or Connectors in the sidebar).
3. Click Add a connector and search for Stashii.
4. Click Connect. Your browser opens to Stashii's consent screen.
5. Sign in (if you aren't already), pick the workspace you want Claude to act on, and click Allow.
6. You're done — Claude can now read or modify that workspace.

Tiers and what Claude can do

• Free + Starter: Claude can view your library (search, list collections, etc.).
• Pro and above: Claude can also modify your library (rate, label, caption, organize, share, invite).

If you're on Free or Starter and want Claude to make changes, upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing.

What Claude cannot do

For your safety, Claude cannot delete media, folders, or collections, change billing, or change account settings. Those actions stay in the Stashii app.

Limits

• Up to 60 tool calls per minute per connection (anti-abuse).
• Up to 200 items per bulk operation.

Activity log

Every action Claude takes is logged. View the activity log at Settings → Connections → [Your Claude connection] → View activity. Each row shows the tool, success or failure, how many items were affected, and how long it took.

How to disconnect

Open Settings → Connections and click Revoke next to the Claude connection. Claude will stop being able to make changes immediately.

Troubleshooting

• "Token expired" or "Connection lost" — reconnect by going through the Claude Connectors → Reconnect flow.
• Claude says it can't modify your library — make sure you're on Pro or higher, and that the connection has read & write scope (you choose this on the consent screen when connecting).
